a slow pot cooking reminds a soul to embrace life by taking things one step at a time...everything needs to breathe...everything needs to simmer for the right outcome to manifest...there needs to be a warm reminder that God takes care of the joyful...stress and an all consuming want can spoil the stew...SO TODAY I BREATHE...I BREATHE SLOW AND CONSCIOUSLY...PRESENCE IS BEAUTIFUL...BECAUSE THE PRESENT IS ALL THERE IS...

THE JOURNEYING MIND!

Ok so the inner and the outer are finally moving in unison...it is truly a time to enjoy and benefit from inner contemplation...a time to reckon with the magnitude of what is the real self...the self that removes the mask and confronts illusion...the self that has reconciled with the past...the self that is truly grateful for knowing God in the present...and the self that is unafraid of what the future brings...

This place where shame and explanation no longer look for outword expression leaves this soul dancing in the light with more determination and vigor...is this bliss?????...this feeling of knowing...this feeling of infinite unbounded love...is this what the sages talk about when they speak of the self and knowing the self??? is this a simplified mastery of self??? who knows but it sure feels great to feel bright...filled with light...filled with love...and filled with a peaceful journeying mind!!!!artwork: silence

TODAY IS...

when i took this picture i had no idea what i expected of it and myself...it reveals something extremely powerful to me...it is a photo that reveals my true or the truest possible spirit that i am...without the disguise of external plumage it makes me feel clean and present...it is of course more important to cleanse the soul...the heart...the magnificent internal aura...so when both are simplified...the inner and the outer - that is, the balance that is awakened is the gift of spirit it is ever stronger...at no time was i engaged in the purpose of style or gratification of a beautiful reflection...i wanted only to see a little deeper into my human-ness...into a soul birthing more love and divine awareness...this place...this thought...this awareness makes me feel light...as light as a butterfly being carried by the breeze...as warm as a flower being kissed by the sun...

the birth of change brought me here and i imagine it will bring me to a vast amount different places before i leave this physical plane...today i feel aware of the presence of God...it feels eloquent and infinite...balanced and serene...today is....mine!

the past is crumbling like a box of fresh crackers...i've let go some more...of both people and energies...old things...old mindsets tag along like lost puppies- so one has to make an effort to remember when and how to let go...remind the self to purposefully engage in the task or action of letting go...it can be tedious work...letting go is not easy...so many of us make excuses for not moving forward...myself included...and i believe- like most of us- that fear is at the root of this stuff...however self love and confidence can erase that fear...it can make the new seem bright and polished...sunny and beautiful...it is truly a new day...a new destiny unveiled...a true destiny magnified and current...so with this feeling of awakening, i move move, move and move more into what is to be:)walk in the light--kgr
